R1 Crown Golden Ale 2yo Plate Tips 1000m

2. Snatch ‘n’ Grab (9) T:Jesse Byrne J:Paul Harvey W:57 kg
Ridden for luck on debut and did make some late ground.
10. Habenera (1) T:Robert & Todd Harvey J:Troy Turner W:55 kg
War Chant filly who was beaten five lengths by Ningbo in a recent trial. However, did have some petrol left.
6. Dickey (5) T:S Foster J:Luke Nolen W:57 kg
Alfred Nobel gelding who finished alongside Chanzig in a recent trial and appeared to have a bit left to give.

R2 Carlton Dry Sprint Tips(bm66+) 1200m

4. Dash For Home (1) T:C H Webster J:Troy Turner W:57 kg
Resumes and was asked for nothing in a recent trial. Has won three of five first up.
8. August Knight (5) T:A G Durrant J:Peter Hall W:55.5 kg
Has really battled in both runs. Wait for improvement.
12. Temporise (11) T:Simon Miller J:Chris Parnham (a1.5) W:54 kg
Resumes with the benefit of a strong trial win. First run for Simon Miller. May need further but goes well.

R3 Placid Ark Stakes Tips 1200m

3. Palace Intruder (4) T:T M Andrews J:Damien Oliver W:57 kg
Made some ground fresh in Belgravia. Had a slight issue since.
8. Malibu Style (11) T:N D Parnham J:Steven Parnham W:56 kg
Began prep with two sharp wins but raced flat last week. Up in trip and class.
2. Django (10) T:J C Byrne J:Paul Harvey W:57 kg
Solid on speed fresh then failed to run out a strong 1400m in Fairetha. This looks a much more suitable assignment.

R4 Carbine Club Of W.a. Stakes Tips 1400m

9. Kheleva (4) T:V A Brockman J:Peter Knuckey W:55 kg
Caught wide and produced a big win two back then followed up with game second. Up in class but in career-best form.
10. Miss Rose De Lago (1) T:Simon Miller J:Luke Nolen W:55 kg
Blew start in R.J. Peters, which effectively cost her all chance. Northerly effort was sound. Goes well this grade.
6. Wroughted (7) T:A G Durrant J:Peter Hall W:56 kg
Not much luck in last couple. Dead-heat winner with Miss Rose de Lago prior. Improver.

R5 Jungle Mist Classic Tips 1200m

11. Vampi Lass (10) T:Ben Pearce J:Peter Hall W:54 kg
Heavily supported fresh and was luckless then made amends with an emphatic win in midweek grade. Place.
8. Nightingale Road (1) T:Duane Kitchingman J:Jarrad Noske W:54 kg
Ran on strongly in midweek grade on Cup day. Has always looked like she might have a stakes race in her. Chance.
7. My Sister Lil (12) T:R & C Price J:Ben Paterson W:54 kg
Classy mare who won the 1000 Guineas last campaign. Looked to be jogging in a recent trial.

R6 Sky Racing W A Guineas Tips 1600m

3. Rommel (5) T:N D Parnham J:Steven Parnham W:56.5 kg
Showed sharp improvement in Fairetha when box-seating and finding plenty. Stable is firing.
13. Ideal Image (10) T:Grant Williams J:Shaun O’donnell W:54.5 kg
Strong winner of the Burgess Queen then made good ground off a sluggish tempo in Champion Fillies. Pick of the fillies.
5. Outlaw Pete (7) T:T M Andrews J:Paul Harvey W:56.5 kg
Strung together a hat-trick of outstanding wins before having no luck in Fairetha. Will eat the mile.

R7 Crown Perth Winterbottom Stakes Tips 1200m

2. Sidestep (2) T:J A O’Shea J:Nash Rawiller W:58.5 kg
Did enough in the Darley fresh. Won second up last campaign over this trip. Been targeted at this race.
12. Magnifisio (11) T:J P Taylor J:Jason Brown W:56.5 kg
Fair first up in Prince of Wales and then a little too strong in Lee Steere (weight-for-age, 1400m). Not out of place.
6. Shining Knight (12) T:Grant Williams J:William Pike W:58.5 kg
Always travelling in the Colonel Reeves and had them covered a long way from home. Best local chance.

R8 Carlton Draught Railway Stakes Tips 1600m

10. Bass Strait (3) T:N D Parnham J:Chris Parnham (a0) W:53 kg
Gained the backdoor entry after taking out last Saturday’s Peters Stakes. Query on that form line.
2. Moriarty (19) T:C J Waller J:Nash Rawiller W:57 kg
Originally was going to miss this and be saved for Kingston Town at weight-for-age. Measures up on Craven Plate win.
3. Smokin’ Joey (6) T:Wez Hunter J:Ben Melham W:56 kg
Started favourite in this last year but put in a shocker. Worked home fairly in Emirates.

R9 Tattersall’s Cup Tips 2100m

5. Classique Ivory (3) T:G P Poletti J:Shaun O’donnell W:58 kg
Hasn’t fired this campaign. Up to 2100m a plus. Improvement expected.
10. Kirov Boy (13) T:A H Mortimer J:Danny Miller W:55 kg
Had nine week between runs leading up Ascot Gold Cup where he was ridden quiet and made ground. Big improver.
11. Lucciola (1) T:J T Warwick J:Dom Tourneur W:55 kg
Returned from a 13 week let-up in Ascot Gold Cup. Strung together seven straight wins during the winter.
