Dwayne Dunn’s lead in the Melbourne Jockeys Premiership may be overtaken by Craig Williams or Damien Oliver on Wednesday

Dwayne Dunn’s slender two win lead in the Melbourne Jockeys’ Premiership could well end on Wednesday as the suspended rider is serving a suspension. Trailing Dunn, who has 57 wins, are Damien Oliver and Craig Williams, who have 55 wins each.

Both Oliver and Craig Williams are scheduled to ride seven runners on Wednesday and with Dunn’s suspension only ending after the season, the former two certainly have the better chance of clinching the Premiership.

Oliver has bookings for Tony McEvoy, Peter Moody and Mike Moroney for the race, while Williams will represent Mick Kent and Shane Fliedner in the race.
